Oct. 26 The Small Business Development Center presents this three-hour training is designed for individuals and businesses that are interested in writing a viable business plan. The workshop will cover the key components of developing a business plan. Topic matter includes organizational and market objectives, market analysis, competitive comparison, how to prepare a SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities and threat) analysis for both your business and then competition, business environment, customer profile, operational infrastructure, supplier development, business legal structure, personnel, and intellectual property issues such as trademarks, copyrights and patents.
