Have you ever seen what the inside of a throat looks like, or heard an unborn baby’s heartbeat? Now is your chance: Mark your calendars for Flagstaff Medical Center’s Fantastic Voyage from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. This free event, designed for school-age children, will feature displays and fun hands-on activities centered on healthcare and the mysteries of the human body. Children and families will have the opportunity to see Guardian Medical Transport’s monster ambulance and Guardian Air’s helicopter up close, as well as explore many other exciting, interesting features of the hospital. Kids can bring their Festival of Science passport and have it stamped, too.
