While the construction industry is not in the heyday it was a couple of years back, there is some good news for many workers in the field. According to City of Flagstaff building records, companies have taken out 21 permits to build entire homes between January and April 30. That is more than twice the number issued during the same time period in 2009, which was nine permits.
