Businesses are encouraged to develop reopening plans that support best public health practices based on the current guidance and the current local situation. Organizations are invited to submit their reopening plans for a free review by public health officials. Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) recommends following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Arizona Department of Health Services. The county offers weekly support through “Small Business COVID-19 Resources and Trainings Webinars,” which are conducted from 1:30-2:30 p.m. (phone-in options available) every Thursday. To attend, email cpasterz@coconino.az.gov for an invitation.

How businesses can improve themselves financially.
How businesses can train their workforce utilizing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act in Coconino County.
How businesses can safely reopen utilizing Coconino County Public Health Information specific to businesses.
What grants and programming are available to business owners.
Questions and Answer sessions with subject matter experts.
A second weekly webinar is presented by the Coconino County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and hosted by Coconino County. The one-hour sessions provide business owners the steps, the links and documents to complete SBA Loan and Loan Forgiveness applications and access business profitability training sessions, from 2-3 p.m. every Tuesday (phone-in options are available).
