A popular Downtown Flagstaff building is now home to the new Toasted Owl Cafe. The quaint coffee shop is on the ground floor of the Bank of America building on Birch Street.
Owner Cecily Maniaci says a Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce Red Ribbon cutting ceremony is this Friday at 9:00. Coffee and menu samples will be offered at the event.
