As Northern Arizona Healthcare transitions into one unified healthcare system, many projects and initiatives formerly performed separately at Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical Center and multiple outpatient clinics are now becoming unified. Much like the consolidation of the three governing bodies into a single body − the NAH Board of Directors − NAH’s new website combines what used to be five separate websites into one.

“The NAH Communications team has done an incredible job creating a site that is not only visually appealing, but also easy to navigate,” said Rick Smith, NAH vice president of development and communications.
The new website was launched to the public on Nov. 2, and includes an updated design intended to improve user experience; easy-to-follow, icon-driven navigation to each NAH service line; a new system-wide event calendar, including online registration and payment for certain events and classes (only available for Labor and Delivery at this time); enhanced news features with photo galleries; and improved ‘Find a Provider’ listings.
Prior to the public launch, NAH staff members were invited to test drive the site and provide feedback.
