Flagstaff, AZ— Peak Events presents the 6th Annual Flagstaff Oktoberfest benefiting the Flagstaff Alpine Ski and Snowboard Team taking place on October 4, 2014 at Wheeler Park, from 11 am to 8 pm. Admission is $5 at the entrance gate and kids 12 and under are free.
This event, now in its sixth year, and recently rated one of the 10 best up and coming Oktoberfests in the country by funtober.com, will welcome families, students, friends, music and beer lovers across Arizona to enjoy an afternoon and evening of music, food and drinks. Flagstaff’s one and only real Oktoberfest is a daylong concert in the park along with craft and food booths, plenty of beer, lots of fun contests, and an area just for the kids with bounce houses, craft table and a Mug root beer float tent.
At this year’s Oktoberfest there will be four fun contests including a Costume Contest, Yodeling Contest, Findlay’s Stuff the Bug Contest and of course a Brat Eating Contest.
Polka Katzan, The Buzzard Brothers and Elvis Before Noon will be performing on stage providing all event goers exceptional musical entertainment throughout the day.
Peak Events would like to thank their sponsors CenturyLink, Findlay Volkswagen, Great Circle Radio, Golden Eagle Distributors, and Pegasus Printing for helping make this event a continued success.
