“It’s so nice be here at this community event and seeing everyone come together for a fun time,” said Kelley.
Riders rode as solos, duos or teams of four. The first place solo winner was 14-year-old Keegan Field, a Flagstaff High School freshman, who entered the race with members of the FHS Mountain Bike Club. Northland Prep Academy student Jessie Wildbook-Crawford, 15, won the women’s solo.
“We had 235 cyclists this year,” said event organizer and founder of Bear Jaw Groove Stevie Sanchez. “It was a great success.”
Cycle Bar Instructor Sara Kelley served as emcee. “It’s so nice be here at this community event and seeing everyone come together for a fun time,” said Kelley. FBN
