The nation's high court this morning ruled in favor of the controversial component of SB 1070, part of Arizona's Immigration policy. Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Snowbowl
The latest lawsuit aimed at stalling development plans at Arizona Snowbow has been shot down by a federal appeals court. A ruling today says the group Save the Peaks Coalition and private citizens who filed the lawsuite grossly abused the judicial process.
