BOTHANDS, Inc., is announcing the opening of Sharon’s Attic Thrift Store, specializing in items for children, babies and moms. Sharon’s Attic will sell furniture, clothing, household goods and clothing/toys for children and babies.
Sharon’s Attic will help raise funding for BOTHANDS’ Sharon Manor Transitional Housing program, which provides affordable housing and comprehensive support services for homeless women and children survivors of domestic violence.
In addition to funding, Sharon’s Attic will also provide employment and volunteer and training opportunities for residents at Sharon Manor, helping residents to build employment skills and experience so they secure higher-wage employment.
In-kind donations can be dropped off at Sharon’s Attic, located at 1926 N. Fourth St., Ste. 5 – next to Summit Gymnastics. The store will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday starting February 18 for donation drop offs. We can arrange to pick up larger donated items.
To volunteer, please contact Sharon’s Attic at (928) 856-4864.
