Alpine Pedaler Starting Third Season

May 2, 2014 By Flagstaff Business News

ALPINE Peddler Alpine Pedaler is kicking off its third season with a party Sunday at Mother Road Brewery.  A Chamber Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be followed with food by Satchmo’s, beer, live music by John Carpino and free rides on all three Pedalers.  The public is invited at 5:30 p.m.
Owner Brett Mierendorf says this is the first full season with all three Pedalers operating in Flagstaff.  There are now seven drivers working for the company.
The larger pedaler carries 14 people, who help in pedaling around downtown, although the driver steers and controls the vehicle.  No alcohol is allowed on the Pedalers, but people often use it to pedal from one watering hole to another.
