Admission includes samplings of chilis from seven local restaurants, and water or a soft drink. Beer is available at an additional cost of $4 (14 oz cup). Participating chefs represent: Oak Creek Brewery & Grill, Rene at Tlaquepaque, Secret Garden Cafe, Ken’s Creekside, Blue Moon Cafe, Cowboy Club and El Rincon.
Sedona Mayor Rob Adams, Sedona Police Chief Ray Cota and Sedona Fire Chief Nazih Hazime are the judges for the cook-off competition.
The event is sponsored and conducted by the Rotary Club of Sedona. Proceeds to be donated to the Rotary International “End Polio Now” project, and other Rotary charities. Additional information: www.sedonarotary.org.
