The Las Vegas Triathlon is now under new local ownership. Flagstaff resident Ken Kotalik recently acquired the Las Vegas Race. “I look forward to having Northern Arizona athletes attending,” he said in a statement to Flagstaff Business News. This year is the 17th annual Las Vegas race and it will be Sunday, September 14th. The event will be held at the Lake Mead National Recreation area.
Kotalik also is the Race Director for the Flagstaff Athletic Club East – Robert Tucker Sprint Triathlon August 17th.
