Madeksza has been the Director of Legislative Affairs for the County Supervisors Association of Arizona (CSA) since 2006 and has worked as the Director of Licensing and Education at the Arizona Department of Real Estate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College in South Carolina and a Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University in Virginia.
As Director of Legislative Affairs at CSA, Madeksza is responsible for coordinating the CSA policy development process and the state legislative strategy. He also conducts policy research on behalf of member counties, and manages the CSA internship program. His research and advocacy areas include general government,
special districts, taxation, planning and zoning, transportation, public works, open meeting/public recordsand Arizona State Retirement System.
