Health First Foundation has announced funding available through the 2024 Community Health Grant for Northern Arizona.
“During this time when threats to health and mental well-being are prevalent, our work is more important than ever,” said President and CEO Sandra Kowalski. “When it comes to our grantmaking, we seek innovation and collaborations that will create sustained solutions to elevate the quality of life in our region.”
The 2024 grant funding focus is on innovative, collaborative projects aimed at bettering health in the priority areas of improving mental health, preventing and managing chronic disease, and increasing access to health care services for high-need populations.
Applicants requesting $50,000 or more per year are required to submit a letter of intent to the Foundation no later than Jan. 10. Select organizations will be invited to submit a full application. FBN
