The summer of 2021 in Northern Arizona has been associated with frequent monsoons. The National Weather Service issued multiple flash flood warnings throughout the month of July. President Trump Approves Major Disaster Declaration For Arizona

Governor Doug Ducey today announced that President Trump in coordination with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) today approved Arizona’s request for a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration for the state. The declaration makes available additional federal assets and resources to aid Arizona’s COVID-19 response efforts.
