Full Circle Trade and Thrift Flagstaff

Full Circle Trade and Thrift announced today that their 2016 grant cycle is officially open. The deadline for application is October 31, 2015, at 5 p.m. Application forms, instructions, requirements and restrictions are available on the website at www.fullcircletrade.net.
