Thunder and lightening have accompanied the start of the region's winter storm. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning in effect until 8:00 p.m. Sunday. There is a chance for between 10 and 24 inches of snow in the greater Flagstaff area. Message from Carl Taylor, Coconino County District One Supervisor: I wanted to make sure that you are aware that the County supervisorial districts have to be redrawn as a result of the census results. This is a requirement of the Dept. of Justice and is quite involved. Salient guidelines are as follows: 1. Draw districts of equal population.
