County Reporting High Number of Flu Cases
The Coconino County Public Health Services District continues to see a high number of influenza cases with 407 cases reported as of Feb. 2, which is significantly higher than the seven cases reported this time last year. Public health officials have reported “widespread” flu activity statewide – the highest category. Two children died of flu-related causes recently in Yavapai and Navajo Counties.
